ANABOLIC CREATINE. Food supplement. Supplementing the diet with creatine, recommended for adults performing high intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients: Creatine monohydrate.

Recommended use: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (5 g) with 150-250 ml of water, drink ½ serving before and ½ serving after training.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. After supplement consumption weight increase may be observed.
